New York

These are the clicks which were taken at New York,USA on being a part of school trip.It was my first school trip out of country.Me(Sahil Wadhwa) and my school mate (Amanjot Singh) got a free trip to US to visit NASA space center at Houston and Kennedy space center,New York,Niagra Falls because we both had discovered 2 New ASTEROIDS and became the fist school students in Asia to do this job.It was the most memorable trip of my life till now.

The Scary Night

These are the clicks which was my start in Astrophotography.These were clicked on the night of Lunar Eclipse on 15th June 2011.The start of our night was a bit scary because the sky was not clear and we were not expecting to see the eclipse but as we say god is there.The sky got clear after few hours but hopefully before the eclipse started.It was really an awesome night for me.

That night was my first photography over night.

Total Lunar Eclipse June 15,2011

A Total Lunar Eclipse took place on June 15,2011.It was the first of two such eclipse in 2011.The second one occurred on December  10,2011.

Total Lunar Eclipse December 10,2011

This was a relatively rare central lunar eclipse, in which the center  point of Earth’s shadow passes across the Moon. The last time a lunar eclipse was closer to the center of the earth’s shadow was on July 16,2000. The next central lunar eclipse will be on July 27,2018 over south America , western Africa, Europe,an setting over eastern asia.
